And yet another… Gumdrop Cookie Shop

gdcs

Yum, yum, yum! This is the best way to describe one of our most recent launches. Gumdrop Cookie Shop creates custom cookies with unique and gorgeous designs for any occasion. Thea Zagata of Gumdrop Cookie Shop recently contacted us to design and development a blog that would integrate into her current website, but bring a breath of fresh air to the design and create a welcoming atmosphere where she can share all about her business and of course, the cookies!

I was thrilled to be able to design not only her blog, but several cookies designs that are currently for sale in their store. Check these out!

Another Launch! MomSquadBlog

momsquadblog

This project was a huge reminder as to why I do what I do. MomSquadBlog.com is a blog written by Beth Fitzsimmons, catering to moms who wan to “have fun with their motherhood”. Beth soon became one of my most favorite clients and it has been such a pleasure working with her, to create her dream.

Beth first started MomSquadBlog back in April this year and she soon realized the power that blogging has, not only for herself, but for her readers. Her primary focus was to create a mom’s blog that didn’t hype up on paid reviews and advertising, but to actually connect with young and new mothers and share her experiences and knowledge. Because of her fresh approach to the mommy blogging world, we wanted to create a fresh design for her blog. Something that was different than the normal mom blogs you see. Something fun!

As always, we started with her logo and then moved on to her business cards, twitter page and blog. One of our major concerns was choosing a color palette that visually expressed what MomSquadBlog is all about and set them apart from other mommy blogs.

Here is what we came up with, you can find it posted on ColourLovers:

Mom_Squad_Blog

We then moved onto the twitter page and business card…oh so lovely…

And then onto the blog…

Beth was such a joy to work with and her passion and motivation for MomSquadBlog is so very inspiring. Thanks Beth!

New Launch! Exclusively Yours Interiors

eyinteriors

I would like to introduce you to Exclusively Yours Interiors and Tiaa Allen. Their new website launched in August, but as you can see I am just now getting around to showing all of you! Geez. ;)

Tiaa is a fabulous interior designer and one of the most sincere and nicest ladies I’ve had a pleasure of working with. From our first phone, she has always been so inspiring and excited about her business. We first started on her logo and corporate identity kit and then moved onto her website. I was so thrilled to work with an interior designer, as she has so much awesome design input and natural flare for color and concept.

EYI_BC_Presentation2

The Exclusively Yours Interiors website was created to exhibit Tiaa’s design services as well as her blog and press releases. For her website, we wanted to create a site that was simple, elegant and whose primary focus was the photos. For her blog, she wanted something with a little more flare and personality..hence the classy woman on the couch. :)

Tiaa works with both local and national clients, offering a unique e-Decorating service. I plan on using her when we move!

So, if you are ever in need of some interior design services or expertise, Exclusively Yours Interiors is a must-see. And the best part? You’ll love who you are working with! Thanks Tiaa!

Orglamix: Part 1 of my obsession

For months now I have been pondering which Orglamix products I will order.

Why months?

Two reasons.

One, I felt compelled to finish up my leftovers of Bare Minerals, and two, I was a little nervous since I knew this would start a whole new obsession. I LOVE make-up and my inability to stop drooling every time I see Orglamix’s products, was a quick sign that they would soon become my newest and most favorite obsession.

So what did I purchase for my Orglamix christening?

orglamix

1. Tourmaline – Pure Mineral Glow – Warm Radiance (golden bronze glow)

2. Fig – Pure Mineral Eye Color

3. Potion – Dual Eye Line -N- Define Makeup Brush – Eco – Cruelty-Free

4. Juxt Collection – Pure, Natural Mineral Makeup

5. BUTTERNUT – 30g Pure Mineral Foundation – Butternut (light skin with golden undertones)

6. Cinnamon – Pure Mineral Eye Color

And you know what the best thing about Orglamix products is? They are au natural and eco-friendly, using none of the following nasty ingredients often found in make-up:

- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Synthetic Dyes
- Petro-Chemicals
- Phthalates

And…Orglamix is so nice to my wallet. My husband loves that. :)

Make sure and check out their store and become a fan of their Facebook fanpage!

NEXT: My review of their fabulous products! Can’t wait!
